A history forged in quality.

Located in Western New York’s Buffalo Niagara region, Nuclear Alloys is based in Wilson, NY near the shores of Lake Ontario.

The company was founded in 1976 as a specialty metals distributor to various machine shops and fabricators serving the military defense industry. The company purchased its first waterjet cutting machine in 1990 and began job shop cutting. Growth was steady, with an eye on always maintaining the high standards the company was founded upon. By 2000 the arsenal expanded to three waterjet cutting machines. A Hammerle roller leveler was added in 2002, followed by a fourth waterjet and multi-head capability in 2005.

CNC machining capability was added into the service offering starting in 2007 as Nuclear Alloys featured CNC turning, later expanding to provide vertical and horizontal CNC milling. The addition of 5 axis waterjet cutting capability in 2011 rounded out the metal working and fabrication company’s full-service offering.

Today Nuclear Alloys is ready to assist customers from around the world in a wide range of needs. Whether your project is small or large, standard or in need of custom design or work, Nuclear Alloys is the advanced shape of precision.
