ROLLER LEVELING

Roller leveling allows for the simultaneous stress relief and flattening of plates or parts. Our flattener can handle up to 4’ wide plates, or smaller individual parts. It aids in the fit-up and welding of components during final assembly.

Hammerle TRM 80/1250 Roller Leveler

• Flattening capability from .030” to .787” thick
• Fits plates up to 49” wide and up to 20’ long
• Flatness to within .010” or less
• Can eliminate cost of other stress relief methods, additional grinding or unnecessary expense of higher-quality raw materials
• Flattens rings, discs, and small components as small as 6” in one dimension
