Nuclear Alloys has over 30 years of commercial waterjet cutting experience and is among the largest waterjet companies in the Northeast.

Purchased in 2017, our 3000-watt fiber laser offers accelerated cut speeds while maintaining tight tolerances. It gives us increased capacity to process sheet and light gauge material at high volumes.

In addition to plate processing, Nuclear Alloys offers secondary and final machining for complex parts. We specialize in CNC milling and turning. Our expertise includes: Nickel Alloys, Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, and exotic metals.

Roller leveling allows for the simultaneous stress relief and flattening of plates or parts. Our flattener can handle up to 4’ wide plates, or smaller individual parts. It aids in the fit-up and welding of components during final assembly.

We’ve recently added a Timesaver 1200 Series for automated deburring and metal polishing.

We stock bar and plate in our Western NY facility and can cut raw material to any size/shape. We specialize in MIL-Spec material, often dual certified to ASTM and QQ specifications.
